I was totally shocked with the online short sale training. Will Weaver is my guy I love how he presented himself as a trainer, the training was a straight to the point. This was the type of training I have been looking for almost a year now, a short sale trainer that has done short sale as a realtor not an investor, I refuse to go out there and try to steal people's homes that they worked so hard for but just happened to hit rock bottom, but I use to be one of those homeowners but I believed in HOPE and there it was. My goal to this day is to give back show these homeowners that there is HOPE but they must be willing to hang in there. What Mr. Weaver taught me was giving back is a blessing. I can look at the video over and over again, other materials that I have purchased in regards to short sales are garbage, I am very picky on what grabs my attention and the online short sale done just that. I have not been as this happy before in along time. I feel now that my money is being well spent. My next step is coaching its very important that I keep up with what's taking place with short sales, what a lot of agents fail to realize is that there's changes each and everyday all banks are different and the market may shift on us. I signed up for the course this morning to solidify my understanding of the short sale process. I was fairly certain I had a good understanding of the process but came to question that understanding yesterday when a listing agent and I had differing views on the process. Low and behold, I had an email about the course this morning in my email. I viewed the course, found it helpful and will view it again tomorrow. The funny thing is that within five minutes of finishing the course, a buyer called and wanted to write an offer on a short sale! I was able to explain the process with confidence and just now emailed the offer for my buyers to sign. You’ve done a good job with the course as it lays out the process in a concise manner.
