I signed up for the course this morning to solidify my understanding of the short sale process. I was fairly certain I had a good understanding of the process but came to question that understanding yesterday when a listing agent and I had differing views on the process. Low and behold, I had an email about the course this morning in my email. I viewed the course, found it helpful and will view it again tomorrow. The funny thing is that within five minutes of finishing the course, a buyer called and wanted to write an offer on a short sale! I was able to explain the process with confidence and just now emailed the offer for my buyers to sign. You’ve done a good job with the course as it lays out the process in a concise manner.

I was very pleased with the Online Training. I thought your presentation was very good, straight forward and easy to understand. I've been through a lot of training in the past year and I really enjoyed your speaking. What's nice about online video is that I can pause and take notes. I think this online streaming situation is the way to go. With this format I can watch it at home, at my convenience. I was very impressed with this format, price and the quality of education. The information in the seminar was good. I never thought of my knowledge as a tool with which to use to secure more customers. For this I thank you. After this was over I checked out the web for other info on short sales and it is out there. But not in the organized way in which you presented it. I want to thank you for your seminar on short sales. I went to your seminar last Wednesday. I sent out 40 letters on Monday. My first call was Tuesday. Wednesday morning I signed the listing. It took exactly 7 days from your seminar to my first short sale listing. I found 3 investors that don't do short sales so I should start getting their overflow as well. Thanks again.

Good evening sir, First, let me again say that think the class in Vero Beach today on Short Sales was excellent. In fact, I have been involved in 2 short sales before today. One went smoothly. The other is still awaiting bank approval. But, after 8 weeks and this class, I am going to call a supervisor in the morning. The best news for me to come of today's class - I returned a call from a client after class. He asked why my phone was turned off all afternoon. When I explained the class to him, he told me that he has 3 properties that he can no longer pay the mortgages on and would I try to sell them using the information I learned today. I did my version of the Naval Reserve Salute to which we both had a good laugh. But, I picked up 3 listings and the potential for more through his contacts. Thanks Will Weaver, thanks!

Thank you for a great informative seminar. Really honed to today's real estate market. It will give the realtors a new income stream in these difficult times. Whilst I am not personally interested in listing short sales, I have the buyers interested in buying shorts and I learnt to understand the lender situation and their thinking, thus allowing me to structure the offer with the best chance of acceptance. Hi Floyd, I just returned from your Short Sale Seminar with host Will Weaver and I must say you put the pieces of the puzzle together for me with this program. I have been studying Short Sales on my own by going online with National Companies, i.e. Tom Butler, and to many REIA Investment Seminars, and I have to say your Program, was first of all concise, complete ,and confident making for me as a Realtor. These other programs all offered additional Short Sale materials to the tune of $1295-$1495 as an average price, so needless to say the minimal amount you charge for The Short Sale Survival Kit was a Blessing for me since it contains everything I need to be successful in adding this knowledge to my services that I can provide to my clients.

To The Floyd Wickman Family and Anyone Who wants to be a better Realtor, and stay a float in a down market!

What can I say but Thank you , Thank you, Thank you. We had the opportunity to bring Will Weaver from Floyd Wickman's Star Makers organization to teach us about short sales. The training was unbelievable. Every agent said, Will met or over exceeded their expectations. I was so excited to learn Will was able to come so soon to Fremont , NE., even upon the sudden loss of his mother. He is highly respected and did a superb job communicating to our Agents what a short sale is, how to get listings from short sales, servicing them, communicate the correct way with the lender and how to close the deal. Will showed us how short sales are a win, win for both the seller and the lender. I was really touched by his desire to stay and answer questions after the training. Everyone was so grateful. We have already gotten 10 families in position to do a short sale and are receiving offers on their properties. We have done many short sales in the past, however, we now have all the pieces to the puzzle. It is very exciting to know we are experts and specialize in short sales. Once again, Premier One Real Estate is stepping out of the box to offer additional services to our sellers, buyers, and investors. It is great to know that Will Weaver is just a phone call away when we need help. It is doubly exciting that Floyd Wickman has Will Weaver on his team of trainers. Will, thank you for coming to Premier One Real Estate in Fremont, NE. We may be small but we are mighty! I was concerned that we may be to small of a company for Will to travel so far.

When I picked up Will at the airport, he was smiling, when I dropped him off at his hotel he was smiling, when he arrived at our office he was smiling, when he trained us he was smiling, when he left he was smiling. That says a lot about Will. Will has such a big heart, he wants to share his knowledge with you so you can make the difference in another persons life. Sometimes, when people are in a bad spot, they just need to see a smile, and know someone cares. Will, that was a wonderful lesson you taught us all and we thank you for that!

The day of the seminar, several members stopped by my desk and thanked me profusely for bringing this course to them. But let's give Will the credit. His expertise and delivery of the materials was easily understood and very much appreciated by our members. I found Will Weaver's presentation on Short Sales most thorough. I am currently working on my first short sale and the lessons I learned from the class have helped me greatly in speaking with both my Seller/Clients and the Lenders. Will, thanks for your seminar on Short Sales. Since your seminar I listed and closed a short sale and have gotten 3 more short sale listings and they are bank approved. I have been involved in a couple short sales years in the past and they were a struggle. That experience made them not worth pursuing. Since your seminar, I understand them better.
